Door Repairs and Replacements

Is your door, gate, or grille acting up? Since commercial doors are often overworked without a maintenance plan, they end up breaking, slowing down, or pieces of the system bust. If pieces have fallen off, broken down, or your building door doesn’t perform the same as it used to, give us a call and we’ll come check it out to get it fixed.

We have a team of highly-trained, licensed, and insured technicians. Many local businesses contact us after they reached out to other commercial door companies just to find out that they can’t help because they don’t have enough experience. Our team has plenty of experience and we’ll be fully transparent with you if we can’t fix the situation.

We repair rolling doors, gates, automatic doors, and are up for any other challenge. Call us today if you need your commercial door fixed.

M&I Program and Drop Testing

We offer businesses a Maintenance & Inspection Agreement program to keep your installed/repaired doors functional. Setting up this automated system allows you to not stress about when the next time is that you’ll need to check on your door’s performance. Keeping a maintenance plan for these powerful door systems keeps repair costs down and increases the longevity of the system.

Roll-up doors must be inspected and pass a drop test at least once a year in order to maintain compliance with NFPA 80. At Union Door, we'll help you stay up to date with these critical requirements so you have one less thing to think about.

Give us a call if you’re interested in setting up a M&I plan with us.
